Shipping Policies:

  • Prints are usually shipped within 4-20 days depending on the item.

  • Orders are shipped according to the information inputted on the website when making the purchase.

  • All prints are signed digitally by hand unless explicitly said otherwise.

  • We use your local shipping services according to country, we will always provide a tracking link and tracking number by email after the packages has been shipped out of the country.

  • When the shipped item is transferred to a local shipping company the tracking link will sometimes no longer be showing the actual status of the shipment. Please allow at least a week before contacting us.

Refund Policies:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  • If you experience a damaged package, please take a picture and send it to us for further advice. 

  • We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Product damage & lost will not be eligible for refund or replacement in these conditions:
